(High-Decorative) ("New Arrivals Gallery") Dabir Kashans are renowned for their mesmerizing mastery of the formal designs and are among the finest Persian court rugs woven in the early 20th century. As an elaborate, grand floral arrangement emerges from a graciously shaped vase, which is itself as well is made of flowering tendrils, and ascends the field of this rug, it is surrounded by a garden of myriad carnations, peonies, and other flowers so abundant as to be paradisical. Spandrels of highly precise arabesques form a contrasting and graceful arch over the colorful garden, while framing a large ‘anchor’ pendant suspended over the central bouquet. The royally extensive jewel-toned palette illuminates with hues of crimson red, royal blue, cobalt blue, cornflower blue, coral, salmon, leaf green, jade, turquoise, and watermelon. The lustrous, full-pile glistens in the light, is seductive to the touch, and will last generations as an integral part of the home decor.
